OAKMAN - NEW ALBUM 'VIOLENT OBLIVION' OUT NOW

French-based trio OAKMAN have released their brand new album 'Violent Oblivion'  via Rude Records. The record sees the band return with their signature pop rock sound and catchy melodies. Listen to the record in full - HERE. Order of 'Violent Oblivion' available - HERE. To celebrate the release of the album the band have released single 'Spiral'.

Speaking on the new album the band said,"Violent Oblivion is our debut album. The title serves as a metaphor for depression. When life seems devoid of emotion and positive feelings fade away, it's like being enveloped in an emotional darkness where it becomes difficult to see any hopes or sparks. This is Oblivion. However, when it happens suddenly and is particularly harsh or brutal, even destructive, we are plunged into a "Violent Oblivion. "This album dives  into the various facets and stages of the "Violent Oblivion" with a touch of romance."

The band recently announced a headline tour for the UK this July. The band will start their tour on the 18th July 2024 in Bristol finishing on the 28th July in Birmingham in support of their brand new album 'Violent Oblivion' out 3rd May 2024 via Rude Records.
